I used Jing to capture this page of my family web site in the Windows Vista OS. I pressed F11 to go to full screen, I then chose the capture option of the Jing "sun", highlighted the portion of the page I wanted and saved as a picture. I then used Web Resizer to adjust the size of the picture.

Once the picture was captured, I then used Jing's editing tools to draw the arrows, add and adjust the font and color of the text and add the border. I then saved the pictured and used Web Resizer to adjust the size of the picture.

I chose to save the video to screencast.com so I could share the link, otherwise the file was to large to place into the wiki as a widget.
